Jayne Aschen is a Physician Assistant committed to spine health, repair and rehabilitation. She is a medical professional who will listen to your concerns, assess you situation objectively and provide options starting with the most conservative solutions.
Jayne Aschen received her physician assistant degree from St. Louis University. She assists with pre-surgical evaluations, spine surgery and post-surgical follow-up patient care. At Advanced Spine Institute, Jayne is committed to ensure that each patient receives a high-level of available and personalized care.
In 2020, Jayne graduated from Dartmouth College with a Masters of Healthcare Delivery Science (MHCDS) a degree that combines the Tuck School of Business and The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice (TDI) programs and focuses on strategy, operations, finance, health policy, economics, data analytics, IT and leadership in order to improve health care delivery. Jayne is interested in the unique challenges that face health care today and spends her spare time to find innovative solutions.
Jayne is the Surgical Home Liaison for the Surgical Evaluation Center (SEC) at Missouri Baptist Hospital. She continues to work to provide a seamless continuum of care for surgical patients by providing cost-effective, high quality care for patients while also reducing adverse events and readmission rate. Jayne regularly evaluates the quality and effectiveness of the “Surgical Home” program and services at Missouri Baptist Hospital to ensure patients are receiving the best care possible.
